International Women's Day Gift

08th Mar 2022

In March, spring flowers bloom and the wind is smooth. On the occasion of the 112th "March 8th" International Women's Day, the Party branch of BH Shares and the labor union jointly organized activities to offer holiday condolences and send care and blessings to all the female workers.

It is known that BH currently has 181 female workers, accounting for 50% of the total number of employees, including 6 female cadres, accounting for 22% of the total number of management cadres. Their average working experience is 3.3 years, and some of them have worked for more than 10 years. In daily work, female workers  play important role, in production, procurement, sales, finance, quality control, administration and other positions. Growing together with the enterprise, enjoy the benefits brought by the development of the enterprise, BH also regard female workers as precious wealth, treat them like family. In order to further shorten the relationship with female workers, BH Party branch and labor union often organize seminars, training,  and other activities, listen to the voice of female workers, help female workers to solve the work or life difficulties, and give them more care in post establishment, work intensity, labor protection, internal promotion and other aspects. To promote female workers to carry forward the "self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-improvement" female spirit,  realize the dream of life.
